Since it’s foundation the group has played at many weddings and functions throughout Ireland

I just wanted to send you a quick email on behalf of myself and Adrian to say a big thank you to you and your fellow musicians for the wonderful performance you gave at our wedding on June 12th in Carrigaline.

The mix of the three instruments was truly amazing and it complimented Louise's voice perfectly. We are looking forward to hearing it all again on the dvd. All the guests were commenting on the music after the ceremony so thank you again for adding to the beautiful atmosphere of the day.  We will be recommending you to our friends

Katrina Emtage had her first musical training in Sydney.

The award of a Queen Elizabeth II Silver Jubilee scholarship allowed her to continue her studies in Vienna where she then lived and worked as a freelance musician for 13 years. During this time she studied with the principal flute of the Vienna Philharmonic, Wolfgang Schulz at the Vienna Academy of Music and attended masterclasses with many other well-known flute-players including Aurele Nicolet, William Bennett and Robert Dick

She has toured extensively in Europe, the USA, Australia and Asia with many orchestras and chamber groups both as soloist and as an ensemble member. These include Capella Istropolitana, the Vienna Mozart Orchestra, the Welsh Chamber Orchestra and the contemporary music ensemble Klangforum Wien with whom she also appeared at the Salzburg Festival

Living in Cork, Ireland since 2001 has also allowed her to develop her keen interest in the Irish traditional flute and play with many of Ireland’s well-known musicians

She currently teaches at the Cork School of Music and the County Cork School of Music
